Today I'm not talking about how RSS or Atom feeds can bring lots of traffic into your site, I'm honestly wondering where all the traffic to my site is coming from. Since some time around midnight last night, the CaRP homepage has been getting a lot more traffic than usual. Naturally, after happily noticing the traffic surge, I went to my referrer log to find out where it was coming from, but no dice! Whoever's sending me all the traffic appears to be going through a link anonymizer, because I'm not getting Referer headers. If I've gotta have a mystery, at least it's a nice mystery. But why bother hiding the referer header? I don't get it.

I don't know if this helps you at all, but http://www.feed-stomper.com & http://www.superfeedsystem.com were just recently released. There has been a lot of talk comparing these to CARP Evolution, especially since Carp is so much cheaper!
I know I've just recently been told about CARP and came to give it a test run. Looks like a great product so far though!
