2 Problems With Kodak’s “Most Expensive Liquid” Ads
by ZetaGecko | 2 Comments | Issues/Problems
I've got two issues with Kodak's new "most expensive liquid ads (ads for their printers that use less expensive ink).
The first is factual: the worlds most expensive liquid is NOT printer ink. I'd guess it's either medicine or (most likely) perfume.
The second is how they're portraying themselves as the heroes, the advocates of the common man, the one printer company with the courage to stand up to the forces of overpriced ink. I'm not saying I'd expect anything different, but isn't it funny how they're not acknowledging that they used to be one of the villains?

Hi Antone, I work for HP and saw your post. You know I read somewhere that the world’s most expensive liquid is scorpion venom (but who would want a gallon of that? Rock you Like a Hurricane is a good song, but c'mon) Glad to see that someone is paying attention to the fact that Kodak is being disingenuous by trying to set itself apart from other printer manufacturers. If you are interested in digging behind their claims, you can go here: http://hp.com/go/thetruthaboutprinting
